System Validation Engineer

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Its solutions combine hardware, software, and AI-driven technologies to support complex, large-scale operations. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end system validation activities, from requirements understanding through execution, analysis, and final conclusions. Work closely with System Engineers to define validation objectives, strategies, test scenarios, and pass/fail criteria. Plan, design, and execute laboratory, field, and system-level validation activities. Troubleshoot unexpected issues during testing and make real-time technical decisions. Prepare clear test procedures, documentation, and validation reports. Work closely with Software, Electronics, Mechanical, System Engineering, and Project Management teams. Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Willingness to work hands-on in both laboratory and field environments. Experience in engineering testing, verification & validation - an advantage. Experience with measurement equipment and test systems - an advantage. We’re Looking For Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks independently from start to finish.
