ניהול והובלה מקצועית של שני Tech Solutions Specialists, כולל חלוקת משימות וטיפול באסקלאציות.
איתור ותחקור תקלות ברמת אפליקציה, אינטגרציה וענן.
שימוש בכלי אוטומציה ו-AI לצורך בניית תהליכי תמיכה חכמים לצמצום עבודת יד ושיפור זמני תגובה.
עבודה צמודה עם צוותי פיתוח: ניתוח לוגים, שיחזור תקלות, בדיקת תיקונים.
תמיכה במערכות SaaS כגון Slack, Zendesk, PagerDuty, Coralogix, Google Workspace.
הגדרת התראות ב-PagerDuty, בניית מדיניות אסקלאציה ו-Playbooks לטיפול באירועים.
הרצת סקריפטים ושאילתות DB לאיתור שורש תקלות (RCA).
הבנה עסקית של תהליכי תשלום, כרטיסי אשראי וזרימות בנקאיות.
שיפור תצפיות, ניטור, תיעוד ונהלי תפעול.
המשרה מצריכה זמינות בלילה פעם בחודש.
יש כוננויות שישי/שבת.
דרישות
ניסיון של 3+ שנים בניהול צוות טכנולוגי
ניסיון של 5+ שנים בתפקיד טכני Hands-On עם יכולות Troubleshooting חזקות
ניסיון בכתיבת סקריפטים, עבודה עם APIs וניתוח לוגים
ניסיון עם AWS או סביבת ענן דומה
היכרות עם כלי SaaS כמו Slack, Zendesk, PagerDuty, Coralogix
הבנה בסיסית ב-Networking
