Technical Trainer

Company Description We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our WW Technical Training team. Who has a passion for teaching and inspiring others, who has a desire to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in training and development, instructional design, and technical knowledge to: Train company employees and partners Design and test engaging labs Develop comprehensive courseware materials Job Description Deliver instructor-led training on Check Point products, technologies, and networking protocols. Deliver a minimum of 30 training days per quarter. Develop and build new courses for new products, technologies, and networking protocols. Write exams and lab exercises for training. Modify current materials of selected courses to keep them up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Train both entry-level and advanced programs, including QA/TS programs in Israel and other technical courses by demand. The position possibly requires travel 2-3 times a quarter. Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in a similar role - must. Proven technical background in Security, networking, and IT infrastructure - must. A specific focus on networking protocols and Check Point Firewalls. Proven record in front of an audience, with a preference for someone who held a training position in the past - must. Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew. Service orientation and team player spirit. Strong technical orientation and the ability to research technical issues independently. A natural passion for guiding and instructing others in various technical topics. Open-minded with critical thinking skills.
