Training Specialist

Paragon is a fast-growing Tel Aviv based cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are an innovative company with a cutting-edge product. We are looking for a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team! This role combines instructional design with presentation delivery and is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing documentation as they are leading a session.As a Training Specialist you will be responsible for curating training materials by working closely with Product and Marketing Managers to translate complex product features into clear accessible learning content. In addition, you will serve as an instructor and deliver the curated material in engaging face-to-face or remote sessions to customers and colleges from other teams. Responsibilities Content Development • Collaborate with Product Managers, technical experts and other stakeholders to understand new product features and workflows • Curate training content including user guides, presentations, step-by-step tutorials and supporting documentation • Maintain and update content to reflect the ongoing product development • Ensure consistency, clarity, and high linguistic quality in all materials • Participate in the design of the Company’s learning strategy Instruction & Delivery • Lead training sessions (remote or on-site) for clients and Company colleges • Present complex information in a clear, engaging, and digestible format • Adjust training approach based on the audience’s needs and feedback • Maintain and manage the training environment and products Program Management • Design structured training programs (e.g., onboarding, certifications, role-based learning tracks) • Track participation, gather feedback, and analyse training effectiveness • Suggest and implement improvements to training processes and tools Requirements • 3+ years experience of hands-on face-to-face and remote training instruction, with proven experience standing and delivering content in front of an audience - a must • Native-level written English with strong grammar skills – a must • Native or fluent spoken English- a must • Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand language • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides, and LMS platforms. • A proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop others is an advantage • Experience working with Product or R&D teams – a plus • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • Excellent time management skills • Attentive to detail, self-learner, motivated, flexible, and proactive • Willingness to travel extensively - up to 50% travel
