We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst that will be responsible for Analysis and overseeing the global cash position and company cash flow, promoting transparency, cash visibility, efficiency, cash concentration, and supporting treasury projects. Key Responsibilities: Analysis Perform analysis of global cash position, view trends, concentration and flows in order to create the foundation for global cash pooling mechanism. Monitoring minimum cash position in countries. Reviewing and adjusting such levels in order to optimize subsidiaries cash usage and transfers to HO. Categorizing actual cash transactions globally based on HO guidelines Direct interaction with subsidiaries and regions in order to understand their cash flow needs and cash transfers to HO Daily management of the HO actual cash flow includes continuous work interfaces between subsidiaries and head office units, including risk analysis Daily analysis Cash view in in TMS system Preparation of short and long-term cash flow forecast, considering several scenarios. Analyze and compare between versions. Including ongoing communication with Budget division, Comptroller unit, Finance and Banking departments etc. Assisting in quarterly closing process including preparation of presentations to the management Propose solutions and action plans to problems and challenges, conduct risk assessments as needed. Support Treasury future projects (Cash flow forecast and Cash pooling) Support project planning and management, including plan, scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed. Payment process backup and support Preparing payment runs, bank transfers Monitoring weekly payment plan Vs available cash Compliance and Reporting Ensure adherence to financial regulations (SOX) and internal controls Requirements As our Treasury Analyst you’ll need to have: Bachelors in economics/ business management/ Accounting Past record as analyst in a global company (1-2 years) Proven experience in data analysis High level of control in Office tools, Excel and Power point in particular. Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in a financial or treasury environment Systems oriented High level of English language (Speaking, reading and writing). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage. SAP experience – advantage Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Past experienced with cash flow preparation – advantage People oriented. Motivate people
