This position plays a key role in ensuring GMP compliance, maintaining validated systems and equipment, and supporting engineering and quality initiatives across the facility. Key Responsibilities Lead the site Validation Unit and drive validation strategy and Manage equipment, utilities, and facility qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/FAT). Oversee validation of critical systems, including HVAC, purified water, steam, compressed air, and cooling systems. Support engineering projects from design through commissioning and qualification. Serve as the Quality Assurance representative for technical and engineering operations Lead change controls, investigations, CAPAs, internal audits, and GMP readiness activities. Represent the Validation Unit during regulatory inspections and audits. Qualifications Engineering degree or Practical Engineering diploma in Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Experience in qualification and validation of equipment and systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of GMP requirements and quality systems. Experience writing protocols, reports, procedures, and technical documentation.
