Description VPG היא חברה גלובלית מובילה בעלת מוניטין של יותר מ-60 שנה בפיתוח וייצור פתרונות מדידה מדויקים במיוחד, המספקת טכנולוגיות חדשניות ללקוחות מהמובילים בעולם בתחומי החיישנים, מערכות השקילה ומערכות המדידה. אנחנו מחפשים טכנאי/הנדסאי אחזקה מקצועי/ת ומנוסה להצטרף לצוות ההנדסה והייצור שלנו, ולשחק תפקיד מרכזי בתחזוקה, שיפור ותפעול של מערכות וציוד מתקדם בסביבת ייצור טכנולוגית. מה התפקיד כולל? תחזוקת מכונות: ביצוע תחזוקה שוטפת ומונעת, ומתן מענה לתקלות שבר במגוון המכונות ברצפת הייצור. איתור ופתרון תקלות במכונות ובמערכות ייצור, תוך שמירה על זמינות ויעילות מקסימלית תמיכה בתהליכי ייצור: הפעלה ותחזוקה של ציוד ייצור ראשי ומשני, כולל מערכות לייזר, Prober, Mask Aligner ומערכות נוספות. שיפור וייעול: תכנון, פיתוח וביצוע של ג'יגים מכניים, מתקנים ואביזרים ייעודיים לשיפור תהליכי העבודה בייצור. שיתוף פעולה עם צוותי הייצור וההנדסה בפרויקטים טכניים מגוונים ובמשימות מורכבות. Requirements טכנאי/ת או הנדסאי/ת מכונות (יתרון). ניסיון טכני בסביבת ייצור, עדיפות לתעשיית המוליכים למחצה. ידע וניסיון במערכות מכניות, פנאומטיות ומערכות הנעה. יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות מצוינת. גישה טכנית, יוזמה, יכולת פתרון בעיות ורצון ללמוד ולהתפתח. אפשרות לעבודת משמרות או לעבודת בוקר בלבד
