קבוצת המדיה המובילה שלנו מחפשת סמנכ"ל מינהל ותפעול מוכשר ומנוסה להובלת המערך הארגוני והטכנולוגי של הקבוצה. בתפקיד זה תהיה יד ימינו של המנכ"ל, ותוביל את האסטרטגיה התפעולית, נהלי העבודה ומערכות המידע של הארגון כולו, תוך עבודה צמודה עם מנהלי החטיבות (דיגיטל, טלוויזיה וסיני) ומחלקות התוכן וההפקה.
התפקיד דורש שילוב ייחודי של ראייה מערכתית רחבה, יכולת הובלה של תהליכים חוצי ארגון, וניהול תשתיות מחשוב מתקדמות. כחבר הנהלה בכיר, תהיה אחראי על יצירת סינרגיה מושלמת בין המחלקות השונות ועל הטמעת תרבות עבודה יעילה, מדידה ומקצועית בכל דרגי הארגון.
תחומי האחריות:
ניהול והטמעת מערכות מידע: בחירה, ניהול והטמעה של פלטפורמות מחשוב מתקדמות לשיפור ממשקי העבודה בארגון.
אופטימיזציה של תהליכי עבודה: בנייה ובקרה של תוכניות עבודה שנתיות, רבעוניות וחודשיות, והגדרת מדדי ביצוע (KPIs).
תיאום וסנכרון חוצה ארגון: ניהול ממשקי העבודה בין חטיבות המדיה למחלקות התוכן, ההפקה והפוסט.
ניהול משאבי אנוש ורכש: פיקוח על גיוס, קליטה והדרכת עובדים, לצד ניהול תקציבי רכש, ספקים וחוזים משפטיים.
הטמעת מתודולוגיות ניהול: יצירת פורמטים אחידים לישיבות, תחקירים, תסריטים ולוחות זמנים בארגון.

Requirements
ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בתפקידי ניהול אופרטיבי בכיר (סמנכ"ל תפעול/ניהול) - חובה.
הבנה מעמיקה במערכות מידע וטכנולוגיות ארגוניות, כולל ניסיון מוכח בבחירה והטמעה של מערכות ERP/CRM/PM - חובה.
רקע מעולם המדיה, הטלוויזיה או הדיגיטל – יתרון משמעותי ביותר.
יכולת מוכחת בניהול מטריציוני והובלת תהליכים חוצי ארגון מורכבים בסביבה מרובת משימות.
ניסיון בניהול תקציבים, רכש, התקשרויות עם ספקים ופיקוח על תהליכי משאבי אנוש.
תואר אקדמי בניהול, תעשייה וניהול, מנהל עסקים או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
יכולות מנהיגות גבוהות, יחסי אנוש מעולים וכושר ביטוי מצוין בכתב ובעל פה.
