Description בגירה מערכות מחפשת קצין/ת בטיחות בתעבורה-היקף משרה של 60-80% • אחריות כוללת והובלת צי הרכב בחברה, סה"כ כ-70 רכבים – רכבים פרטיים (רובם בליסינג) ומסחריים • טיפול ברישוי, טסטים, ביטוחים ותיעוד תחזוקה בהתאם לדרישות משרד התחבורה • ניהול תהליכי הבטיחות מקצה לקצה • עבודה מול ספקים, מוסכים וחברות ליסינג • ביצוע הדרכות שוטפות לעובדים ושיפור מתמיד של תרבות הבטיחות • בקרת נהגים ומתן פתרונות תפעוליים לצרכים לוגיסטיים שוטפים • ניהול כלל המידע הרלוונטי (תיקי נהג, תיקי רכב וכד'), תחקיר תאונות והמלצות • עבודה עם מערכות ניהול רכב ודו"חות (לדוגמא Power BI) Requirements דרישות: • תעודת קצין/ת בטיחות בתעבורה – חובה • ניסיון של 3-5 שנים בתפקיד דומה • שליטה בתוכנות Office, לרבות Excel • הכרות עם מערכות ניהול רכב/תחזוקה (איתוראן- יתרון משמעותי) • רישיון נהיגה בתוקף וניידות עצמאית • שירותיות, יחסי אנוש מצוינים • יכולת לעבודה עצמאית, סדר וארגון • המשרה ממשרדי החברה במודיעין
