אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת אדמיניסטרטיבית שיצטרף/תצטרף אלינו.
Responsibilities:
ניהול אדמיניסטרטיבי שוטף
ניהול יומנים עבור דרגים בכירים
תמיכה וגיבוי עמדת קבלה במידת הצורך
עבודה מול ממשקים רבים (פנימיים וחיצוניים)
עבודה שוטפת מול הנהלת חשבונות לרבות הוצאת הזמנות
הקמת הזמנות רכש וקליטת חשבוניות, כולל טיפול ומעקב צמוד עד להשלמת התהליך
Requirements:
ניסיון קודם בניהול יומנים מורכבים- חובה
הכרות ועבודה עם סאפ- יתרון
ניסיון בעבודת Back Office - יתרון משמעותי
יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת עם שליטה ביישומי Office לרבות Excel – חובה
אנגלית ברמה טובה (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה) – חובה
יכולת עבודה ולמידה עצמאית כולל עבודה במצבי לחץ עם ממשקים מרובים
דייקנות, אחראיות ויסודיות עם תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים
יחסי אנוש מעולים
גמישות מחשבתית, חשיבה יצירתית והגדלת ראש- חובה
