iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Regional Manager Arabic Speaker to join our Marketing team. Responsibilities: Research, identify, negotiate, and recruit new affiliate partners worldwide Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates Manage, monitor, and analyze affiliate performance on a daily basis Optimize affiliate activity, traffic quality, and conversion performance Evaluate and improve affiliate offers on both individual and overall levels Provide ongoing support, guidance, and creative solutions to affiliates Motivate affiliates to increase high-quality and valuable traffic Collaborate closely with internal marketing and performance teams Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in an online company such as Forex/Gaming Proven experience in recruiting and managing affiliates Professional working proficiency in Arabic - a must Professional working proficiency in English - a must Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Demonstrate strong knowledge of the industry and stay up to date with innovations in order to initiate and develop new ideas.
