דרוש/ה חשב/ת לחברת נדל"ן יזמית בתחום ההתחדשות העירונית התפקיד כולל: • הכנת דוחות כספיים מאוחדים (רבעוניים ושנתיים) ודוחות מס. • ניהול תהליכי תקצוב ובקרה פיננסית בחברה. • מעקב שוטף אחר הכנסות והוצאות בפרויקטי נדל"ן • עבודה ישירה מול הנהלת החשבונות וביצוע בקרות פיננסיות. • עבודה מול רואי חשבון, גורמי מטה וממשקים נוספים. דרישות התפקיד: • רו"ח מוסמך/ת יוצא/ת Big4 - חובה • ניסיון של שנתיים כעוזר/ת חשב בחברת נדל"ן • ניסיון בביקורת חברות נדל"ן יזמיות ציבוריות – חובה • שליטה מלאה בתקינת IFRS – חובה • שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office בדגש על Excel- חובה • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP כגון - Priority – יתרון • יכולת עבודה עצמאית, דיוק וירידה לפרטים • יחסי אנוש מעולים, יכולת עבודה בצוות והתנהלות מול ממשקים מגוונים
