We're looking for an AI Builder Director to establish and lead this discipline at Check Point. You'll begin as a highly hands-on individual contributor, partnering closely with business teams to understand their workflows and deliver AI solutions- agents, automations, and tools- that drive everyday business outcomes. This isn't about slideware or proof-of-concepts. It's about building and deploying real AI solutions into real workflows, with measurable adoption and impact. You'll have direct visibility to executive leadership and own the strategy, delivery, and growth of the function. Why Join Us Build from the ground up - define a new function, with the autonomy of a founder and the reach of a global enterprise Real impact, fast - no long approval chains between you and shipped solutions Grow with what you build - the role evolves as the function scales       Job Description What you’ll do Embed with business teams to understand their workflows and implement AI solutions where the work actually happens Build and ship end-to-end - agents, automations, and tools, from first conversation to production usage Prove impact through adoption - success is measured in daily usage and business outcomes, not demos Iterate fast - tight feedback loops with the people using what you build Translate both directions - turn business problems into technical solutions, and technical possibilities into business value Spot the patterns - identify what's repeatable and feed it back into the broader platform, so every solution makes the next one faster   Qualifications What we’re looking for Strong hands-on experience delivering AI-based solutions end-to-end - you've shipped things people actually use Solid engineering or solution architecture background Natural ability to work directly with business stakeholders - you're as comfortable in a sales team's Monday meeting as in a code review Execution-oriented mindset: bias to shipping, focused on measurable impact Comfortable with ambiguity - you don't wait for a playbook, you write it Proven ability to operate independently in fast-moving, dynamic environments Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or workflow automation tools Advantages Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or customer-facing engineering roles Background in consulting or implementation roles Familiarity with change management and driving adoption at scale Experience working across product, data, and engineering domains Referral Category: Standard Position CP Department: Office of CEO Office Location: Tel-Aviv Career site Category: R&D
