AI Engineer

We are expanding our AI engineering capabilities and looking for a Tech Lead / Principal AI Engineer to serve as our professional authority and lead the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic systems that solve real-world engineering and operational challenges. This role combines hands-on software engineering, advanced LLM systems design, MLOps, and platform thinking. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and customers to build scalable, production-grade AI solutions that move beyond experimentation into reliable, cloud-native production environments. Requirements 4+ years of deep, hands-on experience specifically building, architecting, and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered applications or agentic systems in production – A Must. 5+ years of overall hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or Principal Engineer. Expert-level proficiency in Python backend development and distributed cloud architectures. Hands-on mastery of frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or custom agent orchestration systems. Deep understanding of advanced RAG architectures, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and model evaluation methodologies. Solid experience with SaaS product architecture and cloud-native systems (AWS / Azure / GCP), including CI/CD pipelines and production-grade debugging/observability tools. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions in customer-facing environments. B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field – a significant advantage.
