תיאור המשרה
אנו מחפשים יועץ/ת AI וטרנספורמציה שיצטרפו לצוות מוביל ויתמכו בפרויקטי ייעוץ, חדשנות ושינוי ארגוני מבוססי  AI .
בתפקיד תהיו מנוע ביצוע מרכזי – תעסקו בניתוח, פיתוח תוצרים והפיכת תובנות להמלצות אופרטיביות, עם פוטנציאל להתפתח להובלת פרויקטים ולקוחות בעתיד.
תחומי אחריות בתפקיד
תמיכה בפרויקטי אסטרטגיה, חדשנות ו-AI
ביצוע מחקר, ניתוחים ובנצ’מרקים והפקת תובנות
הכנת מצגות הנהלה, מסמכים ותוצרי לקוח
סיוע בגיבוש Use Cases ו-Business Cases
השתתפות בסדנאות, ראיונות ותהליכי עבודה עם לקוחות
תמיכה בהכשרות, תהליכי הטמעה ופיתוח תוכן מקצועי
דרישות המשרה
2–5  שנות ניסיון בייעוץ / אנליטיקה / מוצר / טכנולוגיה / טרנספורמציה
ניסיון בבניית תוצרים ברמה גבוהה (מצגות, מסמכים)
יכולות אנליטיות חזקות וחשיבה מובנית
יכולת עבודה מול לקוחות ובעלי עניין
תקשורת מצוינת ויכולת להעביר מסרים מורכבים בפשטות
זיקה לעולמות AI, דאטה וטכנולוגיה
יכולת למידה מהירה, עצמאות ואחריות אישית
השכלה רלוונטית (תעו"נ / כלכלה / מנהל עסקים / מדמ"ח / דאטה)
