Cover is a fast-growing Insurtech startup making insurance accessible, transparent, and easy — for individuals and businesses. We are looking for an experienced AI Full-Stack Developer to join our R&D team and build scalable web applications, AI-powered features, automations, and internal tools. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on modern web development, AI integrations, and practical automation. What You'll Do: Build & Scale: Take a hands-on role in building scalable web applications, AI-powered features, and internal tools. Innovate: Focus on modern web development, cutting-edge AI integrations, and practical workflow automation. Impact: Shape our core product and improve user experiences by implementing smart automation and advanced APIs. What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack engineering. Tech Capabilities: Solid hands-on capabilities in both backend and frontend development. AI Passion: A strong, genuine interest in using AI tools, APIs, and automation to enhance workflows and products. Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves building things from scratch. Bonus Points: •⁠ ⁠Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production applications •⁠ ⁠Experience building internal tools, workflow automations, or AI-powered assistants •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, or agent-based workflows •⁠ ⁠Experience with cloud services, CI/CD, and scalable SaaS architectures •⁠ ⁠Previous experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated industries
