As an AI Trainer, you’ll be on the cutting-edge of technology as we train automation designed to make our processes more efficient and user-friendly. Responsibilities Review responses generated by automation and assess their accuracy against established Customer Experience standards. Train the automation model to improve responses and deflection rate by inputting feedback about incorrect responses. Identify trends in responses and coordinate action to address with leadership. Develop expertise in automation models, to include those deployed at Faye as well as meaningful alternatives. Support the implementation of automation across the Customer Experience value chain. Working with the Data team and other stakeholders in the company to support the enhancement and automation of existing and needed reports. Support and/or lead special projects as assigned. Requirements Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, with proven efficiency in Slack, Quack, Gmail, and Mac iOS computers. Go-getter & self-starter — you take initiative and make things happen. 1-2 years experience in office CX Strong communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Passion for creating memorable experiences for others. Collaborative spirit — you thrive working cross-functionally with other stakeholders such as HR, IT, Claims, CX and leadership.
