Description Riverside empowers creators and businesses to create high-quality audio and video content, trusted by global companies like Spotify, TED, and NBC. We're building the leading platform that turns real conversations into powerful video, podcasts, webinars, and whatever comes next. We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Controller to join our growing finance team in Tel Aviv. This role reports directly to the Controller and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and brings a strong hands-on approach to every task. Wake up for this: Take part in the day-to-day finance operations of the company. Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Manage and support US payroll processes and employee-related finance operations. Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers. Analyze financial results and provide insights to management on a monthly basis. Support deal-related financial processes, including customer agreements, billing flows, and revenue-related operations. Build and improve financial processes that can scale with the company’s growth. Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analyses as needed. Ensure compliance with local and international reporting requirements. Be willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard in a demanding, high-performance environment. Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with strong attention to detail and accountability. Requirements CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm – preferably with hi-tech experience. Interest in leveraging AI tools and new technologies to improve financial processes, automation, and operational efficiency. Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Team player with excellent communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and finance automation tools – an advantage. Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile. High level of English – written and spoken.
