Business Operations Partner

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Business Operations Partner to bridge regional sales and senior leadership. The role focuses on turning market signals into clear revenue forecasts and actionable insights that guide growth decisions. Core Accountabilities · Own the end-to-end forecasting process across regions · Lead scenario planning and coordinate with regional sales teams and regional demand planners · Build and maintain forecasting models (trend, seasonality, sales velocity) · Deliver high-confidence revenue projections · Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) · Ensure alignment with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Operations on a single source of truth · Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and processes Requirements Job Requirements · Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities · Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline dynamics, and revenue drivers · Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations · Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills · Problem-solving mindset with ability to break down complex issues into practical solutions · High attention to detail and accuracy · Fluent / excellent English – written and verbal communication with global stakeholders Why This Role · High visibility with senior leadership · Direct impact on global resource allocation · Dynamic and fast-changing business environment Please note that this position is based in Kibbutz Yizrael and follows a hybrid schedule (one day working from home per week)
