Description לקבוצת ה-Data Platform דרוש.ה ראש.ת צוות Data Ops מנוסה ומוביל.ה טכנולוגי.ת, לניהול הלב הפועם של מערך הנתונים בארגון. התפקיד משלב בין עולמות ה-Operations הקלאסיים On-Prem לבין הובלת מהפכת הענן (GCP) והטמעת מתודולוגיות Modern Data Ops. אנחנו מחפשים מישהו מנוסה שלא מפחד.ת מתקלות Production מורכבות, אך במקביל יודע.ת לבנות יכולות ניטור מתקדמות ולהוביל תהליכי אוטומציה. מתאים למנהלים בעלי חשיבה מערכתית, ניסיון תפעולי מוכח, הבנה טובה בעולם הדאטה, ויכולת להוביל צוות חזק לשילוב בין יציבות תפעולית לבין חדשנות DevOps. מה כולל התפקיד : - הובלה וניהול של צוות Data Ops & DevOps, כולל חניכה, שגרות, חלוקת עבודה וניהול יעדים. -ניהול כלל מערכות ה־Data (On-Prem): בעלות מלאה (End-to-End) על זמינות, יציבות וביצועים של מערכות הדאטה . תפעול ותחזוקת תהליכי ETL מסורתיים (IBM DataStage) ומערכת התזמון (Control-M). ניהול אדמיניסטרטיבי של כלי ה-BI וה- Pyramid Analytics, SAP BO ניהול שרתים, שדרוגים, הרשאות וביצועים. אחריות על משימות DBA תפעוליות ותחזוקת בסיסי הנתונים. טיפול מלא ב־Incidents כולל RCA, הפקת לקחים ומניעה חוזרת. - Data Observability & Automation: בנייה, שיפור ותחזוקה של תהליכי CI/CD עבור פייפלייני דאטה, תשתיות ענן ותרחישי Deployment. הקמה מאפס של מערך ניטור ובקרה פרואקטיבי (Monitoring & Alerting) לזיהוי תקלות לפני שהן משפיעות על הביזנס. הכנסת טכנולוגיות חדשות וכלים מודרניים לייעול התפעול השוטף. צמצום עבודה ידנית באמצעות כתיבת סקריפטים ואוטומציה. -הובלת המעבר לענן (Cloud Transformation): לקיחת בעלות על תפעול סביבות ה-Data בGCP (Google Cloud Platform). תכנון והקמה של תהליכי עבודה בענן תוך שמירה על עקרונות FinOps ואבטחת מידע. -שיתוף פעולה עם צוותי Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Full-Stack ו-GCP להעלאת פיתוחים לייצור. - תמיכה בתהליכי Governance ואבטחת מידע, כולל הרשאות, בקרות וניהול קונפיגורציה. - עבודה מול ספקים, יצרני תוכנה וצוותים טכנולוגיים חוצי-ארגון. Requirements דרישות: ניסיון של 3+ שנים בניהול צוות Data Operations/DevOps. ניסיון תפעולי מעולה במערכות דאטה (ETL, DWH, BI, תזמונים, ניטור). ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם כלי ETL Enterprise כגון DataStage, Informatica ומערכות תזמון Control-M או דומיו - חובה. היכרות טובה עם ניהול אדמיניסטרטיבי של כלי BI כגון Tableau, PowerBI, BO, Pyramid. הבנה במערכות הפעלה (Linux/Windows) ותשתיות. ניסיון בעבודה עם פלטפורמות ענן (GCP/AWS/Azure) והבנה של שירותים מנוהלים - יתרון משמעותי מאוד. ניסיון עם כלי ניטור מודרניים (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) - יתרון. היכרות עם עולמות ה-Big Data (Spark, Kafka) - יתרון. רקע כ-DBA תשתיתי או אפליקטיבי - יתרון.
