Description Finubit is a fast-moving startup creating the bank’s next-generation cloud platform — a modern, Kubernetes-native and AI-driven foundation that powers engineering for over a thousand developers. We’re rethinking how banks build, deploy, and operate systems at scale — combining GitOps , ChatOps , and AI automation to enable self-service, reliability, and observability across every environment. At Finubit, you’ll join a small, expert team building the backbone of a modern engineering organization — from platform automation to AI-based infrastructure orchestration. About the Role We’re building a Kubernetes-native, AI-powered engineering platform that enables developers to ship, monitor, and manage software at scale through a unified ChatOps + GitOps experience. As a DevOps Engineer , you’ll design and automate infrastructure and delivery workflows that power this platform end-to-end. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Temporal and GO . Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform and Terragrunt . Manage and optimize multi-cluster Kubernetes environments. Automate resource provisioning via ACK and Kubernetes controllers. Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo . Contribute to ChatOps workflows powered by Temporal . Collaborate with developers, SREs, and platform engineers to continuously improve delivery speed and reliability. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps tooling. Familiar with CI/CD , containers, and IaC. Scripting or coding skills in Python or Go . Passion for automation, observability, and reliability. Curiosity and initiative — we value learning and problem-solving more than years of experience.
