If you are passionate about working with state of the art technology. This could be your role! This role combines technical leadership with team management and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and other stakeholders across the organization to support business and customer needs.. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define and implement best practices for observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational excellence. Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for infrastructure and platform improvements. Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and operational resilience following cloud security best practices. Drive CI/CD strategy and continuous delivery improvements across the organization. Participate in on-call rotations and establish operational processes that maximize platform availability and reliability. Requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience in AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure best practices. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams - An advantage. Proven experience in debugging complex production issues across distributed systems, and linux environments. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks and Kubernetes and containerized environments. Hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, or other programming languages. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
