תחומי אחריות במסגרת התפקיד:
אספקת מוצרי החברה
שרשרת האספקה הכוללת ובכלל זה רכש, תפ"י, מחסן ולוגיסטיקה
מערך הייצור והבדיקות בחברה
מערך המחשוב, כולל IT, ERP ואבטחת מידע
תחזוקה ושדרוג של תשתיות החברה
ניהול היבטי הביטחון והאחריות על פעילות לשעת חירום
דרישות התפקיד:
תואר ראשון בתחום ההנדסה, (הנדסת אלקטרוניקה- יתרון)
תואר שני בהנדסת תעשיה וניהול, מנהל עסקים – יתרון
ניסיון קודם ומוכח בתפקיד של ניהול מערך תפעולי בחברה טכנולוגית/תעשייתית או תפקיד דומה
ניסיון בניהול צוות/מחלקה/מערך של מעל ל25 עובדים
ניסיון מוכח בניהול חוזים ומשא ומתן
היכרות עם רכיבים וכרטיסים אלקטרונים, מכניקה ומערכות בדיקה
היכרות טובה עם תקני ייצור אלקטרוני תעופתי צבאי MILSTD, IPC, 9100AS
היכרות טובה עם תשתיות מחשוב ומערכות מידע
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד
