Electromechanical Procurement Specialist

תיאור המשרה We are looking for For our Karmiel site, we are looking for an Electromechanical Procurement Specialist within the Aerospace division. In this role, you will manage complex end-to-end procurement processes, lead commercial engagements at significant volumes, and work with strategic suppliers in Israel and worldwide. If you combine business thinking with technical understanding and are looking for a role with direct impact on the supply chain in a leading defense industry – come join us In this role you will Manage end-to-end procurement processes: from requirement definition, RFQ, negotiation through to agreement signing Lead commercial engagements with suppliers in Israel and abroad at volumes of millions of dollars Conduct complex commercial and contractual negotiations to achieve optimal terms Manage strategic suppliers in the electromechanical domain Handle supply risks, component obsolescence, and allocations Analyze costs and identify efficiency opportunities Lead framework agreements and long-term engagements Work routinely with engineering, production planning, quality, and finance teams Requirements 3+ years of experience in electromechanical procurement, components, or assemblies Proven experience in managing negotiations and agreements at significant volumes Strong technical understanding of electromechanical components Experience working with global suppliers Full proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking Proficiency in ERP systems - advantage Experience in a defense or aerospace industry environment - advantage Experience in supply chain risk management and component obsolescence handling - advantage Ability to lead processes, assertiveness, business thinking, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment Only relevant applications will be answered* #Karmiel
