Engineering Director - AI Security

We're growing fast and looking for an Engineering Director to lead a core engineering group and the product pillars at the heart of what we do. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with product, architecture, security, and product marketing, owning a new initiative in our core cyber products. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Become a company leader in the new product pillars that fall under your scope Build a high-performing core engineering group by hiring top talent and fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects that impact the foundation of our product Collaborate closely with product, architecture, security, product marketing, and other engineering teams to align technical vision and execution Mentor and develop engineers, providing guidance and support for their growth Help us continuously improve by bringing strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and an agile mindset Requirements What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a managerial role Proven managerial experience in developing, incubating, and releasing a product from the ground up Proven experience in leading and growing engineering teams in dynamic environments Strong technical background with the ability to dive deep and make high-level architectural decisions Excellent collaboration and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid startup environment A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives on impact and accountability Passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing products Bonus Points For Experience leading teams in cybersecurity Familiarity with cloud-native environments and modern development workflows Familiarity with startups
