Engineering Team Leader

Job Summary We are building the next generation of cloud storage services, focused on scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and agentic AI-driven workflows. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership to drive innovation and delivery in a fast-paced cloud environment. Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, execution, and team growth Own end-to-end delivery of features and services, from design and architecture through implementation and production Stay highly hands-on (~80%), contributing directly to system design, architecture, and code Drive technical excellence, including architecture decisions, design reviews, and best practices Ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable system design aligned with cloud-native principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment Mentor engineers and foster a strong, accountable, and innovative team culture Technology Stack Node.js / TypeScript Kubernetes AWS AI / ML technologies Job Requirements 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams Strong hands-on development background (80%+ coding/technical involvement) Background in AI/ML-driven development and workflows Solid experience with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills Experience working in global/multicultural teams Advantages Experience with storage systems / data infrastructure
