Executive Assistant to CEO — Maternity Cover

Description We're looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO during a maternity leave period, starting in August 2026. About the role As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the operational backbone of the executive office — managing an active schedule, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring the CEO can focus on what matters most. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to move fast. Key responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling priorities, and daily flow Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-ups Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and expense management Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and communications Support strategic projects, board preparation, and executive-level presentations Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Requirements 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives Native-level English proficiency — both written and spoken; exceptional communication skills are a must Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information What we offer A chance to work closely with senior leadership at a global cybersecurity company A collaborative, dynamic, and international work environment Convenient location at Big Glilot, Ramat HaSharon
