התפקיד כולל:
מתן מענה שוטף לעובדים בנושאי שכר והטבות
טיפול וביצוע קליטת עובדים חדשים, טופס 101, טיפול בקופת גמל ופנסיה
קליטה ובקרה של ממשקי שעות נוכחות ורכיבי שכר שונים
הכנת משכורות ודוחות שכר
 
דרישות התפקיד:
תעודת חשב שכר מוסמך- חובה
ניסיון של 3-4 שנים- חובה
שליטה באקסל- חובה
ניסיון עבודה עם תוכנות שכר
שליטה בתוכנת הרגל ואיסופית- יתרון
ידע בדיני עבודה, מיסוי יחיד, ביטוח לאומי וקופות גמל
יכולות למידה עצמית גבוהה
עבודה בצוות ושיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות שירות שונות
תודעת שירות גבוהה, מחויבות, חריצות, דיוק, אמינות
דיסקרטיות מוחלטת
נכונות לביצוע משימות נוספות ככל שיידרש על ידי הממונה
