Field & MarCom Manager

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycle riders, is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Field & MarCom Manager to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with regional teams and global distributors. Full-time position | Raanana Reports to: Director of Global Campaigns Key Responsibilities Lead and execute global and regional field marketing initiatives Plan and support tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and execution Serve as a liaison between global marketing, regional sales teams, and distributors Develop market-specific marketing plans in collaboration with distributors Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple initiatives simultaneously Support training and sales enablement programs for dealers and distributors Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in field marketing Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to details Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset Proven experience managing events and tradeshows Excellent communication and coordination skills Resilience under pressure.
