Frontend Team Lead

Description Remedio is building a platform that automatically detects and remediates security misconfigurations in real time for enterprise environments. You’ll work on complex, data-heavy, real-time product experiences, tackling challenges around performance, scale, and usability - with real impact from day one. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering growth, ownership, and high engineering standards Own the frontend architecture and technical direction of the platform Drive the design and development of complex, data-heavy dashboards and real-time interfaces Partner closely with product and design to turn complex ideas into intuitive user experiences Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and scalable architecture Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate with backend teams on API design and system integration Requirements 4+ years of experience leading frontend teams 6-7+ years of frontend engineering experience Proven experience with React and TypeScript Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (closures, async patterns, event loop, performance) Strong experience with frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization Experience building complex, data-heavy or real-time applications Ability to lead projects end-to-end and drive technical decisions Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to have Experience with Cypress / Playwright Experience scaling frontend teams or leading major frontend initiatives Close collaboration with product and design teams
