Global Project Manager

Description DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Global Project Manager to join our growing team. The position includes leading the operational and professional interface between the company’s global sites, with responsibility for coordinating ongoing activities, managing cross-organizational plans and processes, identifying gaps, and driving solutions to ensure business requirements are met, operational continuity is maintained, and continuous improvement is achieved. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites. Lead S&OP / S&OE processes, including coordination across all relevant interfaces and driving decision-making. Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans. Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization, identification of capacity constraints, and planning to ensure business requirements are met. Analyze operational gaps, provide management visibility, and lead corrective actions and Continuous Improvement processes. Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces across local and global teams. Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality. Manage multiple interfaces in a global environment, including prioritization, problem-solving, and driving processes forward. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field. Experience in project management or in an operational / supply chain role within a global environment – min 5 Years at global environment. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-organizational processes. Experience with S&OP / S&OE processes – an advantage. Strong understanding of Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Capacity Management processes. Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, gap identification, and presentation of management insights. Fluent English, with the ability to lead professional discussions, present topics, and lead meetings in English.
