Deloitte Israel is seeking an International Tax Consultant to join our OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) team, based within our Transfer Pricing practice.
This role is primarily focused on Pillar Two, with exposure to other BEPS-driven projects. You will advise multinational groups on cross-border tax strategy and compliance amid rapid change driven by the OECD and other global bodies - not a traditional transfer pricing role.
As part of the job, you will:
Support clients with tax structure assessments and implementation, Pillar Two readiness and modelling
Gain experience in global reporting (including Country-by-Country Reporting)
Assist clients with technology-enabled solutions
Drafting tax opinions and documentation
Representing clients in discussions with Israeli and foreign tax authorities.
Work side-by-side with a truly global team

Requirements
CPA or equivalent qualification - required
Proven experience in tax accounting, including deferred tax calculations - required
Strong command of written English - required
Experience in interpreting and applying tax legislation - advantage
Proficiency in spoken Hebrew and English - advantage
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

התפקיד מתמקד בעיקר ב-Pillar Two, לצד חשיפה לפרויקטים נוספים הנובעים מיוזמות BEPS. במסגרת התפקיד, תעניק/י ייעוץ לקבוצות רב-לאומיות בנושאי אסטרטגיית מס חוצת-גבולות וציות רגולטורי, בסביבה דינמית ומשתנה במהירות, המושפעת מיוזמות ה-OECD וגופים בינלאומיים נוספים — ולא מדובר בתפקיד מסורתי בתחום מחירי ההעברה.
במסגרת התפקיד:
תמיכה בלקוחות בהערכת מבני מס ובהטמעתם, בהיערכות ל-Pillar Two ובבניית מודלים
צבירת ניסיון בדיווח גלובלי, לרבות Country-by-Country Reporting
סיוע ללקוחות בפתרונות מבוססי טכנולוגיה
ניסוח חוות דעת מס ומסמכים מקצועיים
ייצוג לקוחות בדיונים מול רשויות המס בישראל ובחו"ל
עבודה צמודה כחלק מצוות גלובלי אמיתי

שליטה בעברית ובאנגלית ברמה גבוהה בדיבור — יתרון
תשומת לב גבוהה לפרטים, לצד יכולות אנליטיות וכישורי פתרון בעיות ברמה גבוהה
ניסיון בעבודה עם יישומי Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
