Junior Client Success Manager

We're looking for a Junior Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team in Tel Aviv. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain a strong relationship with the advertisers on a day-to-day aspect as well as providing strategic planning for their growth Manage campaigns, analyze, and optimize performance to meet ROI goals Analyze data from multiple platforms for decision making Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Publisher Relations, Sales, Business Development, Technical Operations, Finance, and Product to drive shared goals. Build tailored strategies for each client in order to maximize their monthly budgets Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding and deepening both new and existing advertising relationships - bringing a sales-oriented mindset to every client interaction What will I bring? Strong communication skills Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks, on time and on target Strong attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking - Must Strong analytical mindset -comfortable working with big data and Excel to draw meaningful conclusions – Must Strong team player with a can-do attitude - able to collaborate effectively, take initiative, and motivate those around you to deliver results - Must High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach Ability to meet targets and deadlines – goal oriented Here at Taptica, we like to think outside the box, so if you don’t tick every one of these- don’t worry!
