We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to build scalable, high-performance systems that power our next-generation trading platform. What You’ll Do Corporate Secretary: Manage Corporate Governance, oversee Board of Directors meetings, manage protocols, handle ongoing reports, and lead statutory processes. Regulation: Manage ongoing controls and work directly with regulatory bodies. Commercial Support: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements; manage relationships with external law firms. In-house Advisory: Provide ongoing legal guidance to various departments (Marketing, Product, etc.), ensuring user experience and marketing messaging comply with legal requirements. Optimization & Growth: Build a legal infrastructure that supports company scaling and develop business "acquisition engines" that operate strictly within regulatory guidelines. What We’re Looking For Stock Exchange & Capital Markets: Proven, deep experience working within a "Stock Exchange Member" (ASE) entity – Must. Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Legal expertise in AML orders and their accompanying processes. In-house Experience: Previous experience as an In-house Legal Counsel is a Must (experience solely from law firms is not sufficient). Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the Finance/FinTech worlds (B2C preference). English: Ability to work, draft, and negotiate in English at a very high level. Self-starter Mentality: Ability to take full ownership of domains, work fast, and solve problems in a dynamic environment. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking – the ability to dive into data and translate insights into legal and business actions. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across organizational interfaces (Marketing, Product, Design).
