Manager, Software Engineering - AI Infrastructure

NVIDIA is looking for a Software Engineer Manager to join the NCS (Network Cluster Solution) Software Infrastructure team. As a Software Engineer Manager, you'll be part of leading the development efforts of software automations and services/applications for NVIDIA’s Data Center environment. Are you ready for the challenge? What You'll be doing: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers; set technical direction, define priorities, and grow team capabilities Design and develop automation platform used to provision, configure, and monitor HPC data centers. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust full-cycle solutions. Troubleshoot issues in distributed environments and contribute to system observability and reliability improvements. Work cross-functionally with architects, DevOps engineers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases. Lead the team’s code review process, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement activities. What We Need to See: B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field 6+ overall years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing software development teams Proven ability to lead technical teams: hiring, mentoring, technical road mapping, and cross-team influence Strong programming skills, with a clear motivation for automation and tooling. Strong technical abilities, problem solving, design and debugging skills. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
