אנו מחפשים פלנר.ית אסטרטגיה בכיר.ה עם תשוקה אמיתית לעולם השיווק, סקרנות אינסופית ויכולת לרדת לעומקם של דברים, להצטרף לצוות המקצועי והמוביל שלנו. זו הזדמנות יוצאת דופן להשפיע ולעבוד עם המותגים המובילים במשק, תוך עיצוב אסטרטגיה שיווקית בקנה מידה ארצי.
תפקיד זה מציע לך להוביל את תהליכי התכנון האסטרטגי עבור הלקוחות הגדולים ביותר בישראל, ולשלב חשיבה יצירתית עם ניתוח מעמיק. תהיה/תהיי חלק מצוות דינמי, המשתמש בטכנולוגיות מתקדמות, כולל כלי AI, כדי לייצר פתרונות חדשניים ופורצי דרך.
תחומי האחריות:
הובלת האסטרטגיה השיווקית והפרסומית של מותגים מובילים בישראל.
פיתוח מהלכים אסטרטגיים המחברים בין כלל נקודות המגע של המותג, אונליין ואופליין.
ביצוע מחקרי שוק, ניתוח מתחרים וקהלי יעד והפקת תובנות עסקיות ושיווקיות.
בנייה והצגה של מצגות אסטרטגיות ברמה גבוהה מול לקוחות והנהלה בכירה.
עבודה עם טכנולוגיות וכלים מתקדמים, כולל כלי AI, ליישום אסטרטגיות חדשניות.
ליווי צוותים מקצועיים והנהלה בפרויקטים מורכבים ומשמעותיים, תוך עבודה ישירה מול מנכ"ל החברה.

Requirements
3–4 שנות ניסיון כפלנר.ית אסטרטגיה במשרד פרסום – חובה.
ניסיון מוכח בבניית מצגות אסטרטגיות והצגתן בפני לקוחות והנהלה בכירה.
שליטה מלאה ב-PowerPoint ובכלי מצגות נוספים.
יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות לצד חשיבה יצירתית ויכולת להפוך מידע לסיפור אסטרטגי.
תקשורת בין אישית מצוינת ויכולת עבודה מול מגוון ממשקים.
תואר אקדמי או הכשרה רלוונטית בתחום – יתרון משמעותי.
