What’s in it for you?  Join a newly formed team of SME (Subject Matter Expert) during exciting times of org development and business growth. In this role you'll lead business decisions in technological programs life cycle from solution selection to implementation and business change in planning and supply chain team. You’ll also lead high-impact sessions in front of executive management and global AMAT business and technological teams. Our group:  SME (Subject Matter Expert) group leads technological programs in planning and supply chain team, driving IT, BI & AI innovations, operational excellence and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Expertise in Planning and Supply Chain Processes and Systems: Deep understanding of planning and supply chain processes. Experience with various technologies used in planning and supply chain. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Business Requirements Documentation (BRD): Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Proficiency in writing detailed and clear BRDs for new IT systems. Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications. System Implementation, Training and Support: Hands-on experience in implementing Planning and supply chain IT systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Provide user support and guidance to ensure effective system usage. Project Management and Collaboration: Strong project management skills to oversee system implementation projects. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating with various departments and teams. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members. Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. What should you have? B.Sc. or B.A  in a relevant field of study Excellent knowledge of key planning and supply chain processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew Excellent systems understanding (SAP, etc) Able to translate business needs to a written technical BRD Project Management capabilities Able to lead without authority Presentation skills Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
