Procurement Business Partner

Description We're looking for a Procurement Business Partner with global experience for both a strategic and a tactical role, focusing on MKT, HR, G&A & Infrastructure. Responsibilities Responsible for MKT, HR, G&A & Infrastructure. Build and maintain long term relationships with vendors and monitor vendor’s performance Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks Handle vendor’s contracts and negotiating terms Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders Identify and initiate new cost reduction initiatives to achieve company goals Track and control purchase orders and lead streamlining processes Requirements 4+ years experience as a hands-on buyer from a global tech company Experience in MKT, HR, G&A, Operations. Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors in Israel, US, EMEA & APAC. Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge to review, lead and manage procurement contracts Proven track record of executing cost reduction initiatives Work experience with a procurement-management system (P2P) - a must (Priority - an advantage) Fluent written and spoken English Great presentation and Excel skills Ability to combine independent work with teamwork Bachelor's Degree in a related field
