Description Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and hands-on R&D Lab Integrator to join our multidisciplinary development team. The role involves integrating, assembling, calibrating, and troubleshooting complex systems that combine mechanical, optical, and electronic subsystems. You will play a key role in supporting development, verification, and system-level integration activities throughout the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Perform integration of mechanical, optical, and electronic subsystems at the machine level. Assemble, install, and calibrate complex multidisciplinary systems in R&D laboratories. Work closely with multiple R&D teams. Support system integration, verification, and validation activities for R&D projects. Perform preventive maintenance for R&D lab tools. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-level and subsystem issues. Execute tests and document findings to support product development and qualification processes. Requirements Practical Engineer/Technician degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering - mandatory. At least two years of experience in the industry with multidisciplinary systems (semiconductor companies, medical companies, defense companies, etc.). Hands-on technical experience at machine/system level. Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work overtime when required. Willingness to travel abroad for installations and technical support when required.
