Arad Technologies employs over 100 engineers and researchers, including Software, Firmware, Radio, hardware, hydraulics, mechanics, and more. Job description: The role involves end-to-end management of all quality aspects in multidisciplinary R&D projects. We are looking for a professional with a broad systemic view and a deep understanding of development processes to lead product quality and excellence throughout the various development stages. Key Responsibilities: Participate in and oversee quality activities in projects (approving specifications, design reviews, reliability analysis, Gates approval, documentation, etc.). Initiate, guide, and monitor failure analysis processes, including drawing lessons and implementing project insights to promote excellence. Conduct and manage audits in Hardware, RF, Embedded software (Firmware), and Mechanics. Develop tailored quality plans for projects (based on customer requirements and project type) in coordination with R&D, engineering, and production units. Lead and participate in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA). Collaborate with R&D teams and operational quality personnel during the transition from development to production. Monitor structured configuration control and change management processes, and initiate improvement processes in R&D. Handle customer complaints, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), analyze statistical data, and define project metrics. Requirements · BSc degree – a must · Experience and familiarity with multidisciplinary R&D environments · Systemic view, process understanding, and process orientation. · Experience in conducting failure analysis in a multidisciplinary product. · Previous proven experience in Quality – a significant advantage. · Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and software/hardware interfaces. · Knowledge of Embedded Software – an advantage. · Analytical skills, organization, and high attention to detail. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both Hebrew and English. · Striving for Excellence
