Skip to main content 🔍 Hiring: Radio Frequency Microwave Engineer | Jobsseek Radio Frequency Microwave Engineer Jobsseek משרה מלאה Location : Ashdod, Israel Category : הנדסה, הייטק Date Posted : August 4, 2026 Job Description הצטרפו לחוד החנית של החדשנות הטכנולוגית ב אלתא , מובילה עולמית בתחומי המכ"ם, מודיעין אותות ומערכות משולבות, הנחשבת לבית המודיעין והמכ"ם של מדינת ישראל. אנו מזמינים אתכם/ן לקחת חלק בליבת העשייה ב מפעל הנדסה ומערכות , תוך חשיפה לטכנולוגיות מתקדמות ביותר. בתפקיד זה, תהיו/י אחראים/ות על הובלה וניהול תהליכי פיתוח קריטיים של מודולי מיקרוגל ורכיבי RF עבור יישומי חלל פורצי דרך. תעבדו/ת בסביבה מאתגרת ודינמית, ותהוו/י גורם מפתח בפיתוח מוצרים חדשניים המהווים את ליבת המערכות של אלתא, תוך עמידה בתקנים מחמירים ובסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר. תחומי האחריות: • ניהול והובלת תהליכי פיתוח של מודולי מיקרוגל לתחום חלל ו רכיבי RF . • תכנון, ביצוע ובקרה של פרויקטים תוך עמידה בלוחות זמנים ודרישות איכות. • כתיבת דוחות טכניים מקיפים והצגתם בפני גורמים טכניים וניהוליים שונים. • תמיכה בתהליכי ייצור, אינטגרציה ותהליכים סביבתיים קפדניים. • הובלת צוותים מטריציוניים וניהול ממשקים רבים ברמה גבוהה. זהו תפקיד עם השפעה רחבה, המציע הזדמנות ייחודית לצמוח מקצועית בסביבת עבודה טכנולוגית עילית, ולהיות חלק מצוות מוביל ב מינהל הנדסת מיקרוגל .
