Robotics Assembly & Integration Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Robotics Assembly & Integration Technician to join our growing robotics team. This role is perfect for someone who loves building, testing and troubleshooting complex robotic systems. You'll become a key member of our R&D team, supporting engineers throughout the entire development process and ensuring our robotic platforms are always ready for integration, testing and field operations. Responsibilities Assemble and integrate advanced robotic systems Support engineers during prototype assembly, system integration, validation and field testing Fabricate, modify and repair metal and plastic components for rapid R&D prototyping using standard workshop tools and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and system-level issues Perform system bring-up, functional testing and debugging Maintain robotic platforms, laboratory equipment, test facilities and tools Support field demonstrations, customer evaluations and manufacturing activities Requirements Practical experience assembling electromechanical systems Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems Experience with soldering and cable harness assembly Experience using laboratory equipment, measuring instruments and hand tools Organized, detail-oriented and highly hands-on Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and problem-solving Passion for robotics and hands-on work, with a strong desire to build, test and improve real robotic systems Nice to Have Experience with robotics, drones or autonomous systems Experience in the military or defense industry Experience with 3D printers, CNC machines or other workshop equipment
