Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipments, and effective cross-functional coordination across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance. In this role you will be a part of a dynamic, growing team supporting high-impact divisions Work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency * This is temporary position for 6 months Key Responsibilities The Division Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting sales operations, forecasting accuracy, order management, shipment planning, and business reporting across multiple business units. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Business Development, Finance, Master Scheduling, and Program Management teams to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and on-time shipment execution Forecasting & Business Planning Generate and maintain sales, bookings, and shipment analysis reports and dashboards. Support forecasting processes by partnering with Business Development and Account Teams to ensure forecast accuracy and data integrity. Analyze bookings trends, demand requirements, and slot request timing to identify potential supply and delivery risks. Support business planning activities, including strategic plans, forecasting snapshots, and operational reviews. Order Management Review and manage sales orders within SAP, including configurations, pricing, allocations, bundle management, and order validations. Process quote requests, quote revisions, adjustments, and cancellations in collaboration with Sales, Program Managers, and Corporate Order Administration. Monitor and resolve sales order holds to support timely order fulfillment and shipment execution. Respond to inquiries related to order conditions, configurations, and operational requirements from internal stakeholders. Shipment Planning & Scheduling Coordinate division tool slotting activities with Master Scheduling and Business Development teams. Manage committed shipment schedules and identify opportunities to close scheduling and slotting gaps. Participate in weekly scheduling, forecast review, and order status meetings. Provide analytical support and recommendations for Master Schedule review processes. Financial & Performance Analysis Develop and maintain margin analysis tools and reports. Perform data analysis to support business decisions and operational improvements. Assist with quarter-end and fiscal close activities, ensuring bookings and shipment transactions are completed within corporate timelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Finance, Business Development, Program Management, Master Scheduling, and Configuration teams to drive operational excellence. Coordinate Letter of Credit (LC), delivery plan, purchase order, and booking-related requirements to support customer commitments. Support continuous process improvement initiatives and drive alignment across multiple organizations Minimum Qualifications Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, manufacturing, or high-tech industries. Knowledge of sales forecasting, bookings management, shipment planning, and supply chain operations. Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools BSc in industrial & management engineering, Business administration, Accounting or equivalent Experience in multidisciplinary operations or supply chain role Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent English - writing, speaking & reading High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis BI tools Working non-routine hours Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a group highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines Experience with Microsoft Office, Dashboard (power BI) , SAP, or any other ERP system Additional language is a big advantage We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
