Senior Controller, Enlight US

Enlight, a leading global renewable energy company publicly traded on NASDAQ and TASE, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Controller to join its finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to take part in a dynamic, international environment, with broad financial responsibility across Israel, Europe, and the United States, with a strong focus on the company’s U.S. operations (Clenera). Responsibilities Serve as the primary financial interface between headquarters and U.S. operations, including close collaboration with the U.S. finance team and subsidiary CFO Lead integration, control, and analysis of U.S. financial data and reporting Identify, analyze, and address gaps between US GAAP and IFRS and their impact on group reporting Implement and enforce group accounting policies and standards Manage quarterly financial closing processes and reporting in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP Review interim and annual financial statements Prepare and analyze management reports Participate in cross-organizational financial processes Work closely with external auditors and financial advisors Review and analyze key agreements from a financial perspective Requirements Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Big 4 alumni (mandatory) Experience at Manager / Senior Manager level in a Big 4 firm Proven experience in a post-Big 4 role, preferably in a public or energy company Hands-on experience working with U.S.-based companies Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS High-level professional English (written and verbal) Advanced Excel skills
