Senior Software Engineer

Description The Role As a Software Engineer at Native, you’ll truly work across the full stack. You’ll design and deliver front-end experiences (we don’t rely on pre-set designs), and depending on your team, you’ll also build high-scale, high-availability services in Go and manage infrastructure setup. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of products and features - from concept to delivery. You’ll engage with users, align with our strategic direction, and identify what you and the team should build next. You’ll have the opportunity to test MVPs directly in production with real users, iterate quickly based on feedback, and ensure the long-term success of your work. And yes -you’ll also jump in as a Support Hero, helping customers and making sure they enjoy an exceptional experience.
