About the Role: We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-based systems. In this role, you will design and develop a SaaS solution for tracking and managing investigations, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and integrate relevant AI tools available in the market to enhance capabilities. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex backend challenges and building production-grade systems in a modern cloud environment. Responsibilities: Design and develop a SaaS cloud-based solution for managing investigations Implement robust, secure, and scalable REST APIs for product and administrative operations Analyze product requirements and design efficient, scalable backend solutions Evaluate and integrate relevant AI tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems Conduct technical research and evaluate new technologies and approaches Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support application needs Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to support CI/CD and seamless deployments Participate in system design, architecture decisions, and code reviews Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis Continuously improve system performance, stability, and maintainability. Requirements Must Have: BSc in Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent) 5+ years of experience in backend software development Strong experience with JVM-based languages (Java or Kotlin is a must) Solid understanding of object-oriented design and multithreaded programming Experience building backend services for web applications Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments Experience with CI/CD processes Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Soft Skills: Strong hands-on mindset with a high sense of ownership Team player with excellent collaboration skills Ability to work under pressure in production environments Fast learner with a proactive approac. #LI-AS1 Personal Characteristics null
