We’re looking for a bright and passionate Software Team Lead to join our R&D
Client team.
In this critical role, you will lead, design, and develop our client solutions
for Linux and Android, as well as our Digital Experience Monitoring solution
across all OS platforms.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of experienced software engineers, fostering a culture of
ownership, excellence, and mutual support.
* Take end-to-end ownership of solutions throughout the full design and
development lifecycle, including significant cross-team collaboration.
* Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Product Management, server
teams, core networking teams, and others.
* Design, implement, and test enterprise network security solutions.
* Stay up to date with relevant client-side technologies to enable new
capabilities, support innovative solutions, and continuously improve the
product.
* Research new technologies and adopt them where they can add value to the
company’s product.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead in a Linux/Windows environment.
* 6+ years of hands-on software development experience in C/C++.
* In-depth knowledge of networking, network protocols, and network
environments.
* Proven track record of owning full product lifecycles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Advantages
* Strong knowledge of Android frameworks - significant advantage
* Experience with macOS development.
* Experience with identity providers, OAuth2, SSO, and authentication flows.
