Soldering Technician

DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defense company developing and manufacturing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Soldering Technician for its manufacturing facility in Beit She’an. The role involves performing IPC-standard soldering of electronic components, including SMT and through-hole assemblies, as well as precision soldering under a microscope. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience soldering SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and Through-Hole (TH) electronic components. Experience performing IPC Class 3 soldering – Required. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation. IPC certification – Required. Availability for full-time employment and overtime work.
