Job Req Number: 119544 Time Type: Full Time JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Sourcing Agent Reports to: EMEA Procurement Manager Direct Reports: No Department: Procurement, Sourcing Team Location: Kiryat Gat, Israel SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and results-driven Sourcing Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier management, commercial negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and maintaining an accurate and reliable supplier database. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and remove procurement bottlenecks. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, working independently with minimal supervision while driving cost-effective sourcing strategies and fostering strong supplier relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier Evaluation: Identify and assess potential suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and requirements. Negotiations: Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules. Cost Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels. Database Management: Establish, update, and maintain an accurate supplier database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational goals. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role. Experience working with global suppliers Proven experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and cost reduction. Strong understanding of procurement processes and database management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. REQUIRED SKILLS: Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively. Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and cost data. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing and updating supplier databases. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
