We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-oriented Systems Analyst to join our Programs Team, reporting directly to the VP of Programs. In this role, you will help turn complex project, engineering and system data into clear insights, visual dashboards and automated workflows that support project managers and engineering teams. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining an organizational AI-based platform that manages system-level documentation databases, own supporting, improving and scaling key digital platforms used for project tracking, traceability, technical investigations, reporting, execution management and cross-project knowledge access. Responsibilities: Support Project Managers with data-driven planning, tracking, reporting and follow-up of complex multidisciplinary projects. Develop and support automated analysis of system logs and other technical data sources to identify trends, exceptions and actionable insights. Design and maintain data models, links and governance practices that make engineering and program information consistent, searchable, reusable and ready for analytics or AI-based applications. Administer, own and continuously improve key information systems and digital platforms. Develop, maintain and improve visual dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into project progress, execution status, risks, requirements, verification, testing and key program metrics. Define, monitor and drive the improvement of key performance indicators across the company. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with honors in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related quantitative/technical field. 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business systems, PMO, BI, ALM/PLM environments, or similar analytical and data-driven roles. Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data analytics solutions, including structured data models, automated workflows, and large-scale analysis of complex organizational or engineering datasets. Previous experience in medical devices, robotics, or other regulated multidisciplinary R&D environments - an advantage. Strong analytical capabilities, including working with complex datasets, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel. Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools. Knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, Power Query, or similar tools – an advantage. Familiarity with Polarion, ALM, PLM, Jira, Wrike, or comparable platforms - an advantage. Previous experience with organizational systems, digital platforms, or process automation tools- an advantage. Familiarity with data modeling, knowledge management, searchable databases, or AI-based solutions- an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable operating independently in a dynamic environment.
